THE ORGANIZATION

We are an organization of highly trained Real Estate and Mortgage Banking professionals. We focus on providing residential real estate investors, builder developers, entrepreneurs and commercial multi dwelling investors with the funds they need to quickly capitalize on the distressed property opportunity that exists all across America today. We provide the real estate investor the needed liquidity with short term interest only loans that become their solution for their unique and specific needs. Our product line consists of Bridge Loans, Fix and Flip, Fix and Hold, Residential Rehab, Hard Money and Ground Up New Construction. We are a National Direct Lenders and do not lend in South and North Dakota, Alaska and the US Territories.

THE FUND

Our Fund is SEC compliant and our legal representation constantly monitors and advises us on all securities compliance, fund management and corporate issues. Our interest rates start at 9.9% to 14% interest only and depending on specific individual circumstances 3 to 5 mortgage points. Our mortgage terms range from six months to two year with various automatic extensions. These terms and conditions provide a secure investment with a very high rate of return to our mortgage fund investors.

LOAN SERVICING DEPARTMENT

Our Loan Servicing department consists of high quality individuals utilizing sophisticated software programs for servicing all types of Performing Loans. Our payment processing program and all Loan Servicing requirements support our borrowers and report to our investors when required.
